"I frequent this restaurant often since my business is very close by. However, on Sunday, September 18th, 2022, around 7pm, I placed a to-go order. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received, which is not something I typically experience here. Initially, I was told that it would take over an hour, and the manner in which it was communicated made it seem like they were reluctant to take my order. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them. Despite this, I told them I didn't mind waiting and proceeded with my order."
