"I know I could also pick three different toppings, which at least guarantees I receive all of them. Yet, the amount of pineapple on the other pizza was quite pathetic as well. I really love this place, even though they don’t deliver to my home, as I’m just outside their delivery radius. If it weren’t for that, I might have rated them lower, but I get that I’m probably overreacting here.
Still, it's frustrating to drive 17 minutes to the restaurant, only to return home and discover that the pizzas were lacking. The pizza itself is usually good—the cheese is always on point, and there are no complaints about the sauce—but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I needed to speak up.
At least it’s not as bad as my experience with another Papa John’s in Ohio, which was an absolute disaster. They served me what felt like broth with a splash of sauce! Thankfully, after sharing my feedback with them, their quality improved tremendously within a week.
I really hope this review prompts some changes here because we genuinely enjoy their pizza and are willing to make the extra drive just for them. No hard feelings intended!"
