"I waited for half an hour for my order, which I placed as soon as I arrived. By the time my food finally showed up at the register, it was incorrect. When the cashier, who is the owner's daughter, asked Moe, the guy preparing my food, what to do, he flatly said he wouldn’t make it again, expecting me to pay for the wrong order. Normally, I’d just take whatever they give me and fix it at home, but after such a long wait and seeing other customers getting their orders quickly while I stood there, I decided I couldn't deal with it today.
So, I told the girl that if he wasn’t going to fix my food, then I wouldn’t buy it. At that point, I left everything there and walked out. Moe told me not to come back. I’ve been feeling the cold shoulder at this deli for a while, but it’s really getting worse. I go in as a customer, expecting some common courtesy in return, but it feels like nobody cares.
I just want to buy my food and go home, but the staff seems more interested in hanging out than providing service. While I waited, the guy making my food was actually eating something he'd prepared for himself right behind the counter, touching my food with the same gloves he was using to eat. I’ve truly had enough."
