"I recently visited the drive-thru to order a kids' meal and a Blizzard, but I ended up with the wrong order. After I placed my order, they closed the window, and despite our attempts to get their attention by tapping on it, they just told us not to open it. My husband and I were left feeling confused by the whole situation. This was my fifth visit in just four weeks, and each time has been disappointing! The only reason I keep coming back is that I grew up in the South and have great memories of Dairy Queen. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently poor. If my kids didn't enjoy it so much, I would definitely choose to go somewhere else."
