"Last night, 25 residents from the Swan Pointe HOA gathered at the Middletown Roosters. Although we had originally planned to use the party room, the air conditioning was out of service, so we moved to the patio. Marshal, the manager, and Kierstin, our server, quickly arranged four long tables under the ceiling fans, and we began to get settled in while placing our drink orders with Kierstin.
Roosters offers an extensive menu featuring a variety of appetizers, kid’s meals, chicken wings, salads, sandwiches, and more. Most of us opted for the chicken salad, which turned out to be just the right portion, while others enjoyed the popular chicken wings.
Kierstin efficiently took drink orders and then proceeded to handle our food orders with incredible skill. She addressed us by name, which made the process smooth and error-free. It wasn't long before our meals started arriving on large trays, with the manager and another server assisting Kierstin in delivering the food. They simply called out the names on the tickets, and we would respond, “I’m here!”
The atmosphere was delightful as we caught up with our neighbors over dinner. After a busy summer, it was great to reconnect with many of them. As we finished our meals, Kierstin made her rounds to distribute checks and collect payments.
Overall, we had a fantastic evening, and saying goodbye was tough. However, I heard many people express their appreciation to Kierstin for her outstanding service, which truly enhanced our experience.
