"I grew up enjoying Tex-Mex cuisine and was hoping this restaurant would remind me of home, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark. I did find the beans and cheese dip to be unique and tasty. However, I ordered a taco salad that had excessively wet lettuce, resulting in standing water on the meat, which made everything quite soggy. My youngest child ordered a kids' beef taco with just cheese, and he thought it tasted strange. I took a bite, and it was really greasy. The waitress was very nice; she didn’t charge us for his meal and offered to remake it, but my son declined, saying he didn’t want anything greasy. Overall, I probably won’t be returning anytime soon. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly, the food really needs some improvement."
