"The service at this restaurant is consistently poor, but the food is generally good. I ordered a brown sugar boba, which I've had before. After a few sips, I noticed something was off and, upon smelling it, realized the milk was spoiled. When I returned to request a refund, having paid over $8 for it, I was told I could exchange it for another drink instead. I wasn't interested in another drink, and they claimed the manager wasn’t available to process my refund. Based on the woman’s strange facial expressions, I suspect this was just an excuse to discourage me from pursuing a refund. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank. I've learned not to waste my time on greedy and dishonest people."
