"I enjoy Tom's, as I've been going since a was a kid, but the burgers are always cold! Mozzerella sticks were still hard and not melted and marinara dipping saucewas cold like it just came from the fridge. Should be served warm. The only Tom's that servesconsistently hot food is in Appleton on Westhill Blvd. I literally will drive from Combined Locks (20 min drive each way) to goto that location when there are 2 that are only a 5 min drive. Not sure what the problem is with these other locations but, when I go out to eat and pay for my lunch or supper, I expect it my food to be hot NOT cold! We were on this side of town andfigured we'd give it another shot but same thing again so back to Westhill Blvd next time."
