"I wanted to let the restaurant know that the broth seemed sour, and pho shouldn't taste that way. I didn't add anything to it. However, their reaction was defensive. I mentioned that with nine people, there can be ten opinions, and I was trying to help. They didn’t even take a moment to taste it themselves. I ended up leaving after only having four or five sips. There was no open line of communication. This happened at 7:30 PM on July 7th. Additionally, I noted that the staff member said the special pho didn’t have any meatballs. I’m not sure if they were out of meatballs, but she claimed it was her recipe."
