"The service was an absolute F, I went to pick a order that showed it was ready on the app. And then the young girl making pizza made me wait for about ten minutes she finally asked what I was there for with the most horrible attitude and service as if I was just there just hanging out. I told her I was there for a pick-up I gave her the info and she said it's not enough I need I.d and card info. I went back to the car to get all the documents needed because obviously a screenshot of the order number is not enough I came back in and she was too busy making pizzas right so she made me wait another 10 minutes while my order is still just sitting there she finally came to the register and said What u want !!I said hi nicely told her I'm here for a pickup and she said Ok and walked away she went back to making pizzas and yelled from far away and I'll get to you in a minute I am too busy making pizzas, so I waited another 5 minutes until she finally came back to the register to look at the my wife's debit card number and I.d I don't understand why she was so rude. No type of customer service and on top of it all the pizza we ordered had onions which my daughter is allergic to. Worst experience ever smh !!"
