"Pizza great but unfortunately ordered fried calamari and I'm sorry to say it has to be one of the worst plates prepared at the Orland park location and when I tried to get either plate replaced or a refund Ben the manager said it would be like 2 hrs before i can get my food or get half refund cause according to him it looked like it did have a few calamari pieces in there that they usually put per plate not caring that I just told him that it's very salty but most of it is breading chunks with no calamari inside lol. Pics were shared with the manager and still gave me bad service knowing that I'm a returning customer and buy their food frequent for years"

"I am in Dublin for training and don't know the area. A couple of coworkers and I wanted Italian, so we tried this restaurant. The food was amazing and our servers were really great. I tried Manhattan clam chowder for the first time and loved it. The bread and garlic butter were good too. My coworker ordered mushrooms for an appetizer. I could have made a whole meal of those. They were so delicious! My main course did not disappoint. I had the salmon delight salad. Will definitely be back."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.Ordered from here and when I called, they told me I called the Orland Park location. I looked the number up again on their own website and dialed in manually. Got the same person and they confirmed the address that I intended on reaching. I go to pick up the food and the person at the register said my name was in the system but not the order and that the order must be at a different location. Absolutely ridiculous after I was given a price and time and everything. I called the same number right as I was leaving and they answered right in front of me.Total LIARS that just don't feel like making your food when you order it apparently. Do NOT give this place your business!!!"

"I just received a deep dish pizza and an appetizer platter, and I'm really disappointed. The platter was burnt, and the deep dish pizza resembled a regular pizza cut into triangles with some sauce thrown on top. I won't be ordering from them again. I used to love Barraco's, but this is the second time I've wasted my money here. I wish I could share pictures of my deep dish because I’ve had it from EP, and it was about three times the size of this thin pizza."

"Was there for a surprise birthday party. The chicken and beef was very good and the bartender made a fantastic Old Fashion! Parking: Parking was a little ambiguous....there is a banquet hall next door with a parking lot between them and Barraco's. The lot isn't marked as to which establishment the parking is for. "La Bettola Italiano is some of the best Italian I have had to date in the northern Virginia area. I went with my family for my graduation dinner and my expectations were exceeded. The service was wonderful and the environment was pleasant. The food is made entirely in house, from start to finish, and it comes out hot. You can easily taste the difference in quality between this family run restaurant and a larger chain restaurant. For having a party of seven, the wait time was a little longer than anticipated. I noticed that they seemed very understaffed, so the wait time was understandable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience with amazing food. I highly recommend La Bettola Italiano to anyone in the NoVa area."

"We ordered several wedges, and they were completely tasteless. Even my 11-year-old noticed they were soggy, salty, and lacked flavor. The cheesesteak was also disappointing—soggy and flavorless. For $60, we ended up throwing away our food and ordering from another restaurant instead. I grew up in Brewster, and I never want to disparage a local business, but the quality of the food I was served today was unacceptable. "We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to this restaurant. We enjoy trying out new vegan spots and this one was definitely worth it. The vegan mozzarella sticks were huge and absolutely delicious. The garlic knots were tasty and the sauce was great. The vegan Greek salad was refreshing with a tasty dressing - can't wait to try their other salads. We ordered a large half vegan buffalo "chicken" and half "can't believe it's vegan" pizza. The appetizers were the highlight for us, although the pizza crust could have been better balanced. They have a full vegan menu and we are excited to come back and try more entrees. The restaurant is located on a beautiful street, perfect for date nights, with free parking on Sundays. They also offer plenty of gluten-free options and have a dog-friendly terrace at the front - a bonus for us!"

"I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad, zucchini sticks and a chicken roll. The ceaser salad came soggy and the chicken was bone dry. The zucchini sticks were thick and gummy. The zucchini inside was soggy and the outer shell was hard a flavorless. And to top that off the sauce the gave on the side tasted like ragu! A restaurant should always give their house made sauce or pizza sauce on the side of appetizers never cheap out with a pre-made sauce its noticeable and it’s disgusting (coming from someone who knows the difference between fresh sauce and jar sauce).The chicken roll came cold and soggy, it was alright but not the best I’ve ever had. Just you basic chicken roll. I won’t be ordering from here again I’m disappointed and I find it hard to believe these “great reviews”."
