"If I could give zero stars, I would. We used to order from this restaurant, but they have gone downhill. After stopping for two months, we decided to order again today and it was a disaster. The food was marked as delivered, but never arrived. When we called, they said it hadn't even left yet. After waiting another five minutes, we still had not received our order. We called again and they assured us it would be coming soon. Another ten minutes passed with no sign of our food. When we called once more, they put us on hold and then hung up on us. Finally, after waiting an additional ten minutes, our order showed up with one item missing. When we called to inquire about it, we were put on hold for over three minutes before ultimately being ignored. The quality of the food itself was terrible, with the salads completely soggy and the sautéed broccoli no longer hot. This will be our last order from them."
