"Our first time trying Citrola 's and it smelled so good when we walked in, and we had plenty of time to smell the aroma because we stood waiting and waiting to be seated! We started with the appetizers meatballs and caprese salad very mediocre meatballs and tomatoes on the salad were not ripe and hard! They were out of lasagna so the three of us tried different things veal Parm, Baked Penne, and a house special chicken/eggplant bake NONE were good had to ask for bread twice before it came to the table. There was a customer who brought in a big dog that sat at her booth nearby and they were feeding the dog off their plate! The dog barked at people walking by going to the bathroom, so we asked the hostess why this was allowed and she explained they cannot inquire if a service dog so nothing can be done!! Food and drink rather pricey. When we were asked if we liked our food, we began to explain some of our disappointment and the women identified herself as the hostess argued 'No, No we service only the best! and argued about our displeasure at having this big dog barking nearby and she went on about how they can do nothing because she is a regular customer! Big disappointment and definitely will not return!"
