"the waitress was beautiful and very experienced. Maybe owners? freshly squeezed orange at 4.95 a glass. coffee was fresh and very hot as my man enjoys his coffee. pancakes are well cooked and fluffy. I was very disappointed by the domestic pommes. after reading rave reviews about her I wanted to try her. I think I'm doing my home better to tell them the truth. first it is a small part. I had more at other breakfast places, and they don't put salt or anything to taste them. also the wobble had to be cooked a little more. it is only the kartoffels and much cubes and a little sprinkle orange bell pfeffer and green. that's it, not a taste. I think they should scare them with at least a tiny bit of salt. Anyway, I'd share with you. it was a very lively place and I can see that many natives enjoy, order to go and eat there. I could try them in the future and try omelettes there."

"'22/2 1st time customer/review: Delightfully quaint breakfast/lunch spot. While the actual building indoor dining is located on a very steep hill, the outdoor dining area is actually on the lower, flat portion backed up to the street. Parking is tricky, scarce, so be prepared to circle the block. Street parking is metered as well. Well staffed, and competent table service. Pleasantly diverse breakfast and lunch menus that breath fresh life into classic dishes without being too artsy or eclectic. Not tons of seating at this popular sit down restaurant. So, wait times appear to be common...meaning that could be a negative for wrangling kids or mobility impared especially given the steep incline AND steps to get to the indoor dining. Plenty of sturdy, wooden high chairs. One, single user, uni sex restroom. However, it 's located in the upper, indoor dining building, so be prepared for incline walking/stairs to get to it depending on where you found parking. "This get together was for our son’s Birthday. The experience was not as good as we were hoping. We waited about minutes to be seated even though nobody was in line and we had a reservation. We were finally seated and waited about another minutes before someone asked if we had been helped yet. Then came another waiting period before someone came to take our order. Once the food came, the fried chicken had no flavor but the waffle did. The eggs Benedict and potatoes lacked flavor. The Vintners Breakfast and Fieldhands Breakfast were mediocre."

"At first, it was one of the most beautiful places I've been for a long time! The nostalgic antique memory of the walls and everywhere you saw from all kinds was amazing, it was so sweet. Just love it. The food portions were large, which was great after taking them home and the food was just delicious. Our server and service in general were very attentive and were quick to accommodate us immediately and we are super friendly all the time. I am very impressed zero complaints I will definitely be back!"

"Squee!. A friend pointed me towards the Breakfast Club after I told her the horror story of my final attempt to dine at the only other obvious breakfast joint in Lake City I could find. I'm glad she did.<br/ <br/ The restaurant is full of kitsch and gets in a surprising amount of sunlight. The menu is appetizing and has standard favorites along with alternate takes on them. My meal was hearty if a little bland, but that might explain why they leave salt, pepper, catsup and Tobasco on the table. However, it came as advertised with the one change that I'd requested (no cheese, as I'm lactose intolerant).<br/ <br/ Which is one thing to mention: apparently the daily special scramble or omelet are pre mixed and thus not subject to having ingredients removed. Other than that, the restaurant was quite accommodating.<br/ <br/ My only complaints about the Breakfast Club is that such quality should be housed in a bigger establishment with more staff. I think the restaurant should be the size of Beth's on Aurora, which still somehow seems cozy. Indeed, there's a bit of similarity between the two ... though Breakfast Club is more of an all ages establishment than a fringe diner. However, only having one person act as server on a Sunday morning was ... unfortunate. He was very nice about taking the hot tea he'd never brought me off my tab, and even offered me a free iced tea as an apology.<br/ <br/ Good food that the customer may season to taste, harried but reasonable wait staff, charming surroundings in a central Lake City location I recommend Breakfast Club!"
