"Carolina's is a counter service restaurant offering up Mexican fast food. If you've ever been to an Adalbertos, then you'll know what to expect. Nothing adventurous, just your typical offerings of burritos, chimis, tortas, nachos, tacos the obligatory sides of rice beans. Service was fast and courteous. Fountain drinks are still self-serve post Corona re-opening with self-serve refills. I note this since many restaurants still have the fountain machines off-limits. I had the rolled (shredded beef) tacos combo with rice beans. The beans were lava hot (temp not seasoning)...any hotter and I'm sure they would have melted the Styrofoam tray. Eat with caution! The tacos were A-OK the serving size of the combo was generous. If you find yourself in burbville craving American style Mexican food, you won't be disappointed."
