"Terrible experience. The food was bland, dry, and lacked flavor. I placed my order through Grubhub and specifically requested flan for my wife, but instead received cheesecake. When I called the restaurant to request the flan, they informed me that they were out. I explained that I wouldn't have ordered the cheesecake if I had known the flan was unavailable and asked for a refund. They insisted that I needed to return the cheesecake to receive a $4 refund, and it could take an hour or more for a driver to come pick it up. I told them I had to throw away the cheesecake because my son is allergic and had really wanted it. They said they couldn't refund me without the cheesecake, which made me feel like they intended to resell it even after it had left their kitchen. I eventually hung up on them. I will never order from this restaurant again."
