"Let’s start by saying I have gone to this place for food since I was a kid. But recently I made a complaint about a food order I made. I ordered a cheeseburger which came to my house cold, a milkshake and a soda. I called to speak with a man named “Jose” who was basically telling he would not do anything to fix the situation and I basically paid 20 dollars for cold food. Eat here at your own discretion because this was the most ridiculous service I ever received. They really did lose a lifelong customer over a situation of a cold cheeseburger."
