"UPDATE from 1 to 4 stars I went back because I really wanted to empanadas and let me tell you what a difference! I also had a burger. Both articles were so delicious and fresh, and the service was phenomenal. I just waited for about 10 minutes, which was perfect for my lunch break. Previous Review Y 'know, they always say make a good first impression... Today was my first time in this facility. I always work over the street and decided to come with my staff. None of us will return. We had to wait 30 minutes before we were finally told about the checkout that they moved slowly because of a 20-burger order someone made over the phone... First, if you knew that customers need to wait, why not warn them? We came to our lunch, and I overhead other customers complain for waiting. Secondly, why would you accept a 20-Burger order while LUNCH RUSH (12pm) if you allegedly cook two new people in the back? Yeah, that was the other excuse. I have always respected the food industry because I know it's a lot of stress during the busy times... But it's not rocket science either. The cashier offered a refund, but we decided to wait a little longer because we were on our lunch break and had no time for anything else. Half of us got the food on the 35min mark, and the other half got it on the 40min mark And these commands were totally wrong. The ingredients are listed ON THE SLIP, how can you completely ignore it? We got the refund for this food, but I had to wait until the 55min mark to get my order that I placed for my boss at the beginning. The staff who got their food said it was good, but not almost good enough to guarantee such a waiting time. We won't be back."
