"The Pollo en Mole was outstanding. There are only two Mexican restaurants in Whatcom County that serve a delicious brown Oaxaca mole, and this one definitely stands out. The Chori Pollo was absolutely out of this world. As a mole expert, I couldn’t resist trying the Chori Pollo, and I was thrilled by the generous portion of chicken. It’s definitely a dish I will order again!"

"The worst customer service I have ever had in my life! And the food was hardly better. The waitress was visibly annoyed when I asked for an extra plate to share the fajitas we ordered. Her visible annoyance only grew when I responded to her question “ is there anything else I can get you” with do you have any limes. The beans were bland. As were the salsa and the fajita meat. The portion of meat was good. But we were given 2 tortillas. Once we each ate our one fajita we tried in vain to get our servers attention. Once the food was cold we were finally successful at getting her attention. When we asked for more we were told, in an even more annoyed tone, the fajitas only come with 2. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. So we paid $25 for 2 mediocre fajitas and 2 sodas."
