"They forgot an item, and instead of refunding it, forced me to drive back and said I had to bring back all the items. They said they were going to pull up the camera to check if they put it in the bag, but still said I had to come back. I got there, and they said they didn't have time to check over the 15 minute drive i had to get back. I reminded them I had ice cream and other hot food the distance I had to drive my food would be cold. They didn't care. They said just use a microwave. By the time I got back, the ice cream had completely melted, partially spilled in the bag, and food was cold. The food wasn't even good on top of all of that. Some of it tasted burnt. Highly disappointed the money I had to spend was not worth it. Never going back."
