"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"The employees are awful! One time I went there two males and one female were talking about how fat people are so lazy. What if others heard them talking has a food disorder and sets them off? Do they not realize if you have a thyroid issue that can cause it? Or other issues? This last time my mom had knee surgery and sitting in a booth hurts to get in and out not to mention sitting on a bench she would be in pain the whole time. We decided to wait for a table an one of the workers asked why cant they sit in a booth? Why do we need to explain ourselves to them? We had dinner there but it was so uncomfortable. Sushi is not very great but the rest of the menu is good."

"This was our first visit to Tsunami and I must say it was so so good. And actually very reasonably priced!! We could have very easily spent $30-$40 more for what we got at other locations. Everything we had tasted delicious and fresh. They have a Jalapeño Teriyaki sauce that is incredible, it comes with the Shrimp Poppers but I ended up dipping some sushi in it as well. The only thing I would complain about was that the service was just okay, our server refilled our drinks once during the hour visit.. and I have seen on here there are lots of people that have complained about their service so they weren’t wrong.I would highly recommend the Don Juan roll or the Cococabana roll for you heat lovers.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian rolls and some gluten free options along with soup and salad if you’re doing Keto or Paleo.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free vegetarian options.Parking: Parking can be hard if you’re going on a weekend or the day of an event. But there is plenty of street parking with the option for a brief walk if it’s that bad."

"A long-time favorite, this last meal was a little below the high standards we've come to expect. Cooked rolls were not quite the correct temperature and service was just a little bit unattentive. We'll consider it an anomaly and be back again."

"Our table was way too dark, while the others around us had a nice level of light. It made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Additionally, I’m not a fan of using QR codes instead of traditional menus. It feels like an excuse to get everyone on their phones rather than engaging with each other. I would prefer regular menus so we can enjoy our conversation without staring at our screens."
