"Oh my goodness! I have been supporting this restaurant for literally 20 years, and I truly appreciate the person who runs it. The food has always been good, and I would have given them 5 stars tonight if it weren't for my experience. Unfortunately, I was treated incredibly poorly during my visit, which is something I have never encountered in my entire life at a restaurant, especially in front of my daughter. The staff member who took my payment insulted me and used offensive language repeatedly right in front of her. They claimed they close at 8 PM, despite their sign indicating 9 PM and their online information stating it’s 8:30 PM. I always leave a generous tip, but after this experience, I can't believe I will never come back to this restaurant again. Regardless of the circumstances, it is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way!"
