"I believe I eat here more than my own house. I love all the employees, Jaime Parker and Jaime Williamson always put a smile on my face and love that it’s locally owned by fabulous people. Besides the people the food is always good and the daily specials keep it never boring eating the same ol same ol. Also they have a daily soup which is my go to in the winter. Thank you for always great food and drinks and service."

"The restaurant is quite disappointing. There are several issues that need to be addressed. The staff smokes in the kitchen, and they aren't very friendly. It's good that they have other locations to consider."

"Lamps is key establishment in the downtown Palatine area! I have been a customer for many many years and have always been greeted by friendly staff and have always had excellent service so much so that I have trusted them to host some important parties celebrating birthdays, engagements and baby showers in the upstairs party room. Their pizza is awesome and I love that I am able to stop there while walking my dog and enjoy the patio and they will bring out water for him! So sweet!! I have to say the only problems I have ever had with Lamps or any of the bars in this area is at the times the college kids flood back home and treat our cute city like it's one giant college frat party."
