"I have been a loyal customer for a long time, despite facing consistent disappointments. It's now been almost four hours since my son placed an order so I would have food when I got home. They claimed there was a delay because of a Wi-Fi issue. After waiting three hours, I arrived home on time for the food, only to find out that they forgot my burger. I called them, and they said they would send it right away, but it took an additional 40 minutes to arrive! Now it's 7:50 PM and my order just got here. There was no discount or any complimentary offer for the inconvenience. The wait is always 30 to 45 minutes longer than estimated. My daughter loves their food, which is the only reason I keep ordering, but my patience is wearing thin. We ordered at 4:20 PM, and now at 7:55 PM, I’m finally about to eat my burger while everyone else is already done with their meals."
