"In keeping with our Christian tradition, we go here Fridays when we can for fish and chips which when the manager always checks to insure the quality of food and service. The haddock is usually excellent , plump, moist, well portioned, tasty. But not on Jan 10th, I’m not sure what kind of fish they served, thin, hard, small portioned, portions of which were chewy and uneatable. The manager, who we usually see, was no where to be seen. We don’t mind spending money although do not like the feeling that we are being robbed. Restaurants that thrive are acutely aware that it only takes one bad experience to loose a returning customer, ask the El Tucan. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"
