"My family and I ordered take out from Ristorante Castello tonight. I decided on the filet for $48.00. (One of the pricier dishes) The reason why I bring up cost is due to the quality of the dish. I received the filet with 10 green beans and that was all for the meal. For this cost, you would expect a better presentation and quantity of food. I called the restaurant to speak to the “acting” manager and her response was, “This is how we serve it in the restaurant if you were dining in”. No other explanation and no apology or the want to please the customer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. See the picture attached."

"Felt like I was at a greasy diner. The hostess was charming but it ended there. The server has absolutely no customer service skills. He said to let him know when we were ready and walked away, there were only 2-3 tables with diners, Ordered a mixed salad which was good and the classic fettuccine which was undercooked, it was not al dente and I don 't recall fettuccine having mushrooms in it. No offer of fresh pepper, had to ask and only did my plate. So overall it was truly a unpleasant experience."

"I've been dining at Nick's for more than 15 years, and it's always a pleasure to visit a restaurant where the food is consistently excellent and prepared just as you anticipate. The staff has remained the same over the years, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. My favorites include the cucumber salad, calamari, and the Greek salad topped with salmon – all absolutely delicious! I had their homemade pasta along with freshly grilled calamari during my recent visit, and it was so good that I couldn't pause to take a photo. The dessert options were just as delightful. "This was my first time trying this place with my family and the waitress was polite at first but was offended and rude once we told her how gross the food was and the only good thing was the bread. To be honest this place is over priced and they don’t know how to cook Italian food. The fettuccine was watered down with gross flavor and the Ravioli was store bought and the sauce taste like ketchup. Service: Dine in"
