"On the night we visited Holly's Diner, they were short-staffed with a cook missing, but the team was doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. Our meals ended up taking longer than expected, but the waitress and owner were very apologetic. They went above and beyond by comping us for one of our items. The food, as usual, was delicious, and we were grateful for how they managed the situation in their kitchen."
