"I was trying to find my previous post, but it seems to have disappeared. What’s going on? I've been a regular at the Arden location for about a year now, visiting 2-3 times a week, and I truly enjoy their food. Recently, I encountered some new staff who served me hard, crusty rolls with three different sandwiches. After that experience, I requested a remake, but I received some attitude, as if it was normal for the rolls to be like that—clearly, they didn't realize I knew better. I'm relieved to see those two workers are no longer there, and I’m happy to report that my sandwich was excellent today."
