"I tried ordering from Anderson Seafood online for Mother's Day lobster. The package arrived on-time and intact. One problem tho. Two of the interior packages arrived open and seeping lobster juice. I ordered them frozen and expected them to arrive as ordered. I called Anderson and left my name and number. I was soon called back by Spencer Rowe, who I believe is the QC manager. He made things right and hand delivered two replacement tails to my home. Way to go ! All of us over the age of 15 know that things happen. That can hardly be avoided. The issue is how the problems are resolved. Anderson Seafood handled the issue as best as could be expected and for that I'm thankful."
