"We always were happy with the service and subs at this location. Haven’t been in a while before little over a week ago, service was short, facility was dirty and sandwiches were cold. As this is not the norm, we went today again hoping for a better outcome. Service just as bad, no greeting, very short taking your order, almost rude calling your name placing the food on the counter and keep chatting to their coworkers like you are not welcome. We even were the only ones there. No enjoy or have a great day nothing. And to top it off, cold sandwiches again. Simply too expensive to receive bad service and cold food. Wont be back to this location."
