"I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this restaurant, where I've consistently received cold food that is always incorrect. In fact, I've never gotten a correct order from them. I've tried ordering in various ways, including online, and today was no exception. Although all my requests were listed on the receipt, they were completely ignored. Every sandwich I received was cold and piled high with unwanted ingredients. I even arrived early to pick them up, so there's no excuse for the mistakes. My business will never spend another dime on their overpriced cafeteria sandwiches. I suggest firefighters remove their name from this chain immediately!"
