"Little Joe 's is now Lucini 's, but it seems they have not yet updated their website to reflect their new name and updated menu. The dish they call Ham Carbonara is to die for! To my untrained palate, it tastes like alfredo sauce rather than a rich egg-based carbonara, but who cares? This is one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had from a casual pizzeria. The ziti is cooked PERECTLY al dente with just the PERFECT amount of sauce. My biggest complaint about fast food pasta is that it is typically overcooked to the point of being mushy and soggy, and is drowning in far too much sauce (yes, I 'm talking to you, Bucci 's). At Lucini 's the amount of sauce compliments the ziti, ham (I prefer substituting proscuitto for ham), and peas. I did not need to add salt. I did not need to add pepper. The dish was PERFECT as is, for under $10 (more affordable than Dino 's down the street), and the portion size is just a bit too much to eat at one sitting. Unfortunately, the garden salad was mediocre and suffered from an unusually bland (supposedly) bleu cheese dressing. How the heck can something like bleu cheese be tasteless? The dressing was downright awful. The bread is worth mentioning; thick and fluffy triangular pillows served warm. I was quite impressed. Bottom Line: with pasta and bread this tasty, I will never eat a low-carb diet again."
