"I own a venue in the Temecula area, and the clients who rented our space chose this catering company. I was truly impressed by the fresh, handmade tortillas they crafted right on site. I tried the carne asada, al pastor, and birria, complemented by their delicious red and green salsas, as well as a cheese quesadilla. Everything was fantastic! We've now added this company to our list of preferred taco catering options, and I'll be recommending them to all of our future clients. In fact, I even plan to hire them for my January 2023 wedding for our late-night snacks. That's how delicious everything was! As a foodie, I'm quite discerning when it comes to Mexican cuisine, but everything I sampled was both flavorful and authentic. I can't wait to work with them again!"

"I visit Federico's frequently because it's conveniently located near my home, and they offer decent specials from Monday to Thursday. However, ever since the ownership changed, the staff doesn’t seem as welcoming. They don’t greet you with a simple hello, which feels off-putting. The Mexican music playing loudly on the TV adds to the atmosphere, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of friendliness. I choose to go there and spend my money, but I don’t choose to have a negative experience. It's important to remember that without customers, there are no employees."

"This place is definitely competing with Beto’s. This place has some bomb- quesadillas, way better than Beto’s. The cheese blend they use is just much more flavorful and just on the right side of too salty. Thier cheese enchiladas are also very tastey and come smothered in thier red sauce which has got a very strong black pepper flavor to it. They stack up favorably in hours of operation, if it’s late at night or stupid early in the morning there’ll still be somebody here to get you some breakfast burritos. To be honest Beto’s edges these guys out on breakfast burritos but not by much and these guy’s are always available which is better than a tastier unavailable burrito. This place is always clean and they’ve got a beautiful place inside that’s like 15ft tall and I appreciate a little green to liven up the scene. Definitely worthwhile if Beto’s is out of reach or otherwise unavailable, but I’m sure that they’ve got other menu items which are better, I just haven’t had the chance to explore it fully yet."

"This has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in Franklin for years. However, there has been a recent change in staff, and the woman at the front is quite unpleasant. I've had several issues with my order, and when I called to address them, she just hung up on me. She's also hung up when I've called to check on the status of my order. I hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a wonderful mom-and-pop shop."

"The good: the carne asada meat was some of best I have had. It was actual cut up steak not the ground up super chewy rat-intestine-resembling stuff you get at some taco trucks. It was flavorful and really tender. Only one to two pieces of fat inthe carne asada fries and burrito combined. The burrito was amazing. Really greasy but hot and cheesy and had amazing flavorthat you could taste the spices in. The price was really cheap. We got carne asada fries, enchiladas, a side of sour cream, andthe California burrito with 2 drinks and it came to right under $25. The salsa bar had lots of options rangong feom mild to sospicy I had misty eyes. The carne asada fries were in the middle. Plenty of guacomole and sour cream, good fries, but thecheese was just shredded unmelted cheese and kinda blah. Not super flavorful but not bad per say. The bad: this is my biggestpet peeve with fast mexican food like here and los betos but the cheese enchiladas were cold inside. The cheese was completelyunmelted inside which I cant stand. I would even prefer it microwaved a few seconds just to melt it than barely warm shreddedcheese. The enchilada sauce tastes like tomato sauce with garlic powder and chili powder. None of the beautiful roasted peppertaste to normal enchilada sauce. Just very bland all together. I ended up cutting it up mixing it with salsa and tossing it ontop of the carne asada fries You get what you pay for. The burrito was outstanding but I probably would just go to a regularmexican restraunt if I was craving enchiladas. Not terrible but I wont drive over 45 minutes to go try there again."

"Went here because Bone Garden Cantina and Nuevo Laredo both had a one-hour wait. It was ok?I feel like the pictures kind of say it all. I wouldn?t come back. The sauce was overkill (I forgot to ask for it on the side) and the fish was just those fishsticks you may have eaten as a child when your mom didn?t have time to cook ?proper dinner.? Bean sprouts were not fresh, butthat?s been standard for ?Korean fast food? that I?ve tried. They automatically add an 18% tip, and then serve the food instyrofoam and don?t bring (plastic) silverware or styrofoam cups of water. That?s fine, I don?t mind self-serve?but it?s a bitaudacious to automatically add an 18% tip when you aren?t actually being served. I tipped anyway because I feel like thisprobably indicates they don?t pay a fair wage and instead expect customer?s generosity to make up the difference. Happy to doso. That said, last week I had bibimbap at Han Il Kwan off Buford Highway. I think it cost $16 vs. $12 and it was infinitelybetter. For fast food, this food should be cheaper. At this price, I think there are better fast food options available."

"Stopped by because we were craving tacos and saw they had handmade tortillas. We ordered asada fries, a milita, 2 tacos and a agua Fresca for $38.93 (a little pricey compared to other spots nearby). The food was okay, nothing stood out in a good way. The Al pastor was not packing flavor and it was extremely greasy! Literally dripping and soaked in grease. The fries said it had an aioli and all it had was nacho cheese and sour cream. The food took about 20 min to be ready and they didn't have red salsa or grilled onions. Overall it was a let down, maybe other items on their extensive menu are better, but if you want street tacos go elsewhere."

"We are a group of Cable techs from AZ working in San Diego for about a month and this place became a almost daily lunch spot loved all the food I tried here especially (pulpo, everything! Waitresses were pleasant and friendly! Will miss it when I go home ."
