"Update 1/27/2024 stopped by for dinner tonight and it fell a little short of a perfect 5 for us. I ordered the Lowcountry Cioppino and my wife ordered the Pan Roasted Salmon. I’m not sure what the “local fresh catch filet” was on my dish but it lacked seasoning. The shrimp in my dish were cooked perfectly but the crab was hard to find. The tomato broth was very tasty but not very “brothy” and I could have stood a lot more of it and a lot less of the accompanying rice. The balance was just off for me especially given the price $35). The mixed vegetables on my wife’s plate were excellent, as were the mashed potatoes. The salmon was too rare for me but ok for my wife. The peach bbq sauce over the salmon was quite unique something I wouldn’t expect over salmon but it worked. All in all, not a home run like our brunch the other day but we’ll be back to try other dishes because we like the vibe, the menu, and the staff.First time visiting this place and already planning our next visit! We went for brunch on a Friday and my wife and I ordered our favorite brunch items: she had Huevos Rancheros and I had deviled Crab Benedict, both with a side of hash browns. My wife has eaten more than her fair share of Huevos Rancheros across the US and this was deemed her favorite ever. The butter bean mash made this a “less traditional” dish but man did it elevate it. We both loved it! I’ve had all kinds of Egg Benedicts, my favorite being a smoked salmon Benedict in Sedona AZ, but this crab Benedict was easily on par with my favorite and I couldn’t stop saying “this is so f ing good” because it was! Looking forward to returning for dinner in a day or two."

"We have been getting takeout seafood from the Lobster Boat in Litchfield almost once a week for the last few months and the food is always fantastic. The staff is very nice and the restaurant always looks spotless. Just one suggestion: while you do have fried mushrooms, have you considered offering stuffed mushrooms with crab and wine stuffing. While in Merrimack, we ordered the stuffed mushrooms at the Lobster Boat in that town and they were the best we ever had. Meanwhile, you can count on us as regular customers."

"The menu has a good selection to choose from. You order your food at a counter. The lady there was very sweet and helpful! I had the tilapia with garlic fries. They were delicious!!!!! Inside was decorated with Texas and LSU items, which creates a cool atmosphere! I look forward to going back and trying something else!"

"My width and I stopped last night after a night. We were hungry and tired, the place was full, they brought us right in. I was completely blown away from Fast Courteous Service, the food quickly came to all tables and appeared exactly. I noticed nobody complained. "The food and service at this restaurant were excellent! I began with the Buffalo Chicken Tenders as an appetizer, followed by the Cajun Swordfish with Rice Pilaf and Cole Slaw for my main course. For dessert, I had the NY Style Cheesecake with strawberries, which came in a large slice that was even bigger than the slice at the Cheesecake Factory. I couldn't finish it all! The restaurant offers wifi and has plenty of parking spaces. Masks and reservations are required for indoor seating. Despite my server having hiccups, everyone was entertaining and I highly recommend paying them a visit."

"We stopped in on Friday night. There was only one other couple there. Unfortunately we did not look at their closing hour. There was only 1 waitress and she was very friendly and seated us quickly. We had a party of 4 adults and two children. We all orderedfrom the breakfast menu and it was fantastic. The waitress was very good and the cook actually knew what over medium was allabout. I?m sure they were under staffed and yet they did a great job. Based on this visit we will try them again."

"Craving seafood! Victorio's is a neighborhood restaurant I finally got the opportunity to try. Immediately upon entering, we were given the option to sit anywhere: bar, table or outside. Enough space between tables and not crowded. Emily was ourfriendly, smiling waitress answering our menu questions, offering free refills and a little serenade with the beat of the musicplaying...songs I know and enjoy! Tables were cleaned immediately after customers. My food was hot, fresh and filling.Surprisingly, the Cole Slaw was a very small portion. I did get the option of seasoned or steak fries. I notice there weren'tany bottles of ketchup on the tables, but a squeeze bottle was brought with my meal, without asking. The prices were reasonable.I would pay more, just in gas if I traveled 45-min to an hour to my favorite seafood restaurant. Overall, I would return foranother lunch or dinner. The food came out pretty quickly, and was good.The building could be freshened up a bit inside and out, but overall not a bad place for some good food.Not the fault of A&W Long John Silvers, but do be aware that the local area has a lot of less than upstanding individuals, many of whom are of low IQ, or stoned out of their minds on something. So, don't be surprised by strange people approaching you out of nowhere attempting to talk to you incoherently, while gesturing to the sky. Yes this happened to me at this location. "The owner, Helen, is quite unpleasant and disrespectful. She mixed up my order and then tried to put the blame on me. Additionally, she struggles to operate the register and only accepts cash to avoid credit card fees. While the food is decent, the hassle of dealing with her is simply not worth it. None of my friends will be returning because of her attitude, and I certainly won't be spending any more money there. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to going."

"This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to. I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and wish I could have worked in a place like this. The staff is so incredibly nice and the FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. Living in the south my whole life this is some of the best southern soul food I have ever had. The fried chicken was fall off the bone tender, the slaw and Mac and cheese were so creamy. I don't visit Charlotte often but I'd come back here a million times for the atmosphere and good food just because. 100/10 would recommend to anyone."

"We were a group of 7 people dining at this restaurant. I brought my out-of-town guest to eat here, but unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The server was very slow and the fried catfish I ordered was not prepared correctly by the cook. The first serving was so soft that it broke in half when I tried to turn it over, while the replacement was extremely hard. I requested additional salad dressing three times before finally receiving it after a 20-minute wait. We ordered four drinks from the bar, but the server never asked if we wanted more. We had to request refills for our tea and soda. The server seemed preoccupied with the patio area and overall, it was a very bad experience. Our bill totaled $158.96."

"My wife and I picked up to-go from Munchies for an evening Stranger Things watch party. Our friends placed an order for two extra-large pizzas and 30 wings, half hot and half mild. We arrived a little early for the estimated pick-up time but went to pay anyway and wait. $84 seems a bit steep for two pizzas and some wings but that's what it was. When we walked in, someone in the back was yelling at another coworker. It was loud and profanity-laced. The woman at the counter looked back to see what was happening and then welcomed us like that was normal. She was friendly and told us our order would be up soon. This place was popping. People in and out. Pick-ups and walk-in orders were constant. They have a wide variety of food, including burgers, fish, sandwiches, and Italian dishes such as lasagna and pasta in addition to pizza and wings. The place is small on the inside. A little dining area that could maybe seat 15 people if it was packed. No one was dining in though. Everyone that came in seemed to be waiting a while. Our food was finally up about 20 minutes after the scheduled time we were told. With our goods in hand, we headed to our friends to dig in. The two pizzas looked great. Thinner on the bottom, decent crust but not overly bready. We got pepperoni and a meatball. The meatball had thinly sliced meatballs all over which we liked. The cheese was good. Everything was hot and fresh. You get a little bit of grease drip off these slices but it wasn't overly greasy. The crust had a good fresh bread taste to it. Their website says they make their pizza sauce fresh in-house but I don't remember it standing out to me. I remember the cheese and toppings and the pizza as a whole. It all worked well together. The wings were also pretty good. I liked the crunch they had. They seemed to be high-quality wings. They had a decent amount of meat on them and were good-sized wings. We couldn't really tell a difference between the mild and the hot though. Really, only the wings that were at the bottom swimming in the sauce had good flavor. The ones on top seemed to be lacking the zing we expected. I'd suggest Munchies if you haven't been before. It's a family-owned and operated place and it's been there for a while. My wife used to go here back in the day all the time. It certainly is better than any of those chain places around town."

"This is the best fish restaurant at Pier 39! The Ahi was amazing! The lobster tails were generous in size, not the small ones you typically find. The bread was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I do want to note that the woman at the front with black hair wasn't very welcoming, but I can understand that dealing with tourists all day can be challenging. Overall, I give it a perfect 10/10 and will definitely return next year! Keep up the great work!"

"This restaurant offers simple and delicious deep-fried fish and seafood, available only by the half-pound or pound. The coleslaw is sold in the same way, and I'm not even sure if there are any other side dishes on the menu—perhaps they have fries. They do offer around seven different beers to choose from. Food is served on sheets of wax paper in a paper boat. While it isn't the cheapest option, the fish and shrimp are excellent, with the shrimp being particularly large. The perch might be lake perch, but they are battered and deep-fried, which is a unique experience for me. My personal favorite is lake perch prepared the way they do in Northwest Indiana, which is very lightly floured and browned in butter."
