"Been here before and it was great! I called tonight because it was about 8:20 pm and I wanted to ensure we would be able to eat in the dining area . I was told that they were still open and I even explained that we were takinh out two very heavy electric wheelchairs in order to dine in. I was reassured once again that they were still open. Got inside and we were told the dining area was closed and that they closed at 8pm. I had JIST called from their parking lot!! They were also rude about it. This was a huge inconvenience and because of it we will not return and will discourage our friends and family from going there as well!"

"My wife and I stopped by today for lunch. We didn't get greeted upon coming in and then someone finally came over and said right this way. The waitress an older women seated us and walked away to attend to the patrons that were already seated prior to us. After several minutes another waitress or server which was a younger girl came over and asked if we wanted drinks before our waitress came to take our order. She brought us our drinks and said the waitress will be right with you. Several minutes past and we couldn't help but notice that our waitress was attending more to the regulars and elderly that were there, and literally made us feel like we weren't valuable. She was even greeting others that came in that were clearly regulars but we didn't get that same welcoming experience. She eventually attended to us but it wasn't a feeling like we were welcomed. It felt we were stereotyped and that's enough for us to not want to return. Food is delicious, and prices are excellent. Just not welcoming if your not elderly or a regular."
