"Our server told us the special of the Steelhead Trout and described it as white fish, very flaky similar to the rainbow trout. It was NOTHING like rainbow, as a matter of fact it looked and tasted like a piece of salmon. If I'd wanted salmon I would have ordered salmon. Three of us got the Steelhead and we all felt the same way. It was good, but It was exactly like salmon. We all ate it, liked it, but felt we got salmon. Everything else was good...the bread pudding was not good, it was not moist at all and looked and tasted like cut up cake. We mentioned it to someone who came and asked how it was and he admitted it should have been moist. It wasn't."
