"We have had several disappointing experiences at this restaurant. Despite this, we decided to give it another try after a year had passed. I ordered a pizza with one topping changed to pepperoni, and my mom ordered a calzone. After waiting for 30 minutes, our food arrived, but my pizza had no toppings and my mom's calzone had very few ingredients, mostly cheese. The server took our food back and re-ordered it, resulting in an additional 40-minute wait. My pizza only had pepperoni this time. Instead of apologizing, the server seemed to blame us and walked away with an attitude. After nearly two hours at the restaurant without eating and still receiving an incorrect order, the server dropped off the bill and left. We approached the front desk to speak to a supervisor about the poor service we had received. The supervisor only offered a $5 discount on our $70 bill, with no sincere apology or attempt to make things right. While we understand that places may be short-staffed, it's no excuse for such terrible service and customers leaving without the correct order. We will not be returning to this restaurant."
