"I joined a group at Stokin Goat yesterday for happy hour, and overall it was a great experience. The drinks, music, and service were all excellent. However, I had to deduct two stars because one member of our group follows a vegan diet, and unfortunately, there were no vegan options on the menu. At a bar that specializes in burgers, I believe it’s a reasonable expectation to offer an Impossible or Beyond patty as a substitute. With just a bit of creativity, it wouldn't be hard to add a single vegan appetizer to the menu that could appeal to others as well."
