"This restaurant has a lot of potential. I visited for dinner on Saturday, and they were only half full. The food was quite good; the chips, guacamole, and queso were fresh and well-seasoned. The Texas sandwich had perfectly smoked meats, and the sauces were impressive, especially the house sauce. The Charro beans on the side were outstanding, and the margarita was delicious. However, the service was a significant drawback. Although the staff was friendly, it took over an hour for our sandwiches to arrive, and we didn't receive any check-ins for a second round of drinks. I had taken a long Uber ride just to enjoy a couple of drinks, so the long wait was disappointing. There was a span of 20 to 30 minutes when no one attended to our table. We didn't receive a proper apology or any adjustment to our bill for the excessive wait time. I hope they can address these issues and make it work because if the service doesn't improve..."
