"What an awful experience! Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give this place a chance, thinking that not everyone would be happy with their visit. However, I now understand why the reviews are so unfavorable. We were eager to try the restaurant, but upon arrival, we stood at the front waiting to be seated, as instructed. Several employees walked past us without so much as a glance, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy—it was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon, and there were only a couple of other people in line behind us. After nearly 10 minutes, one waitress finally acknowledged us and said she would be with us shortly. I told her not to worry about it, and we decided to leave. The staff appeared to be in a bad mood, and I could only imagine how long we would have to wait for service. Unfortunately, we will never find out. On a brighter note, I highly recommend trying Trackside Pizza. Their food and service are fantastic. Thank you, Osgood Grub, for helping us see our options clearly. If I could give a zero-star rating, I definitely would!"
