"I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had an excellent experience. The price per person was between $10 and $20, which I found to be quite reasonable for the quality of food and service. Speaking of food, I would rate it a 5 out of 5 - everything I tried was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff and prompt service, earning another 5 out of 5 rating. "It would be 5 stars but today was a sad sight. Overall, Sidetracks is awesome! Great service and food. I ordered via Caviar and got the black bean tacos. It says it comes with rice, beans, sour cream, and salsa. The American slices of cheese that were barely melted is just tacky. I had to warm the tacos up in my oven, which helped but still. And there was barely any black bean burger. Seriously disappointed for the FIRST time with this restaurant."

"I liked this restaurant atmosphere, friendly staff and fast service, but the Mexican rice tasted burned. Everyone comes here for the great drinks and everyone felt like family here. The cheese Enchiladas was very good and the beans were the right temp, taste, texture. I also enjoyed the flan for dessert with the whipped cream, chocolate drizzled and cherry on top. The hot sauce was mild, but good. I would recommend this place for the atmosphere, drinks and friendly staff, but look for food at times. Too much salt or burnt taste. Otherwise it was good."

"I visited the restaurant to celebrate my birthday, but I was quite disappointed. We chose this place mainly for the rock band, which was supposed to start playing at 10 PM but didn't actually begin until 11:45 PM. Additionally, there were only nine shot glasses available, so we had to wait for more to be washed. The food wasn't great and felt overpriced. Our server didn’t provide good customer service either. Overall, I don’t plan on returning."

"Al was Amazing! Rough night for Spare Time Time Texas. First-timers, reserved a lane for two hours in main area on a Friday night. It was raining. The center took a power hit about an hour in and went complete blackout. In moments the lights came back on and the lanes came back up but the air conditioning took some kind of hit in those few moments and it began to get very warm and then not cool off. We then quickly realized the entire POS system was down and we couldn’t order food or drinks. The lanes had previous issues all evening. We were hot, thirsty and wanting to leave and couldn’t pay the tab either. We were told by the server “this happens all the time.”Al, the manager, had his hands full. Angry customers all around him. He handled it as well as possible. No one was helping him. The serving staff was making themselves milkshakes. Where is the contingency plan for something like this? I’ve rarely seen more chaos or lack of care with the staff to customer ratio you had that night. Security staff was sitting on the floor. We are out over $100, a horribly ruined evening and have 5 free game passes.I’m writing because I hope the owner or GM see this. It was my birthday. Al could not refund anyone due to POS issues. He could not possibly wrangle his staff with one arm and support the customers with another. The message to us was that the POS could be down and unknown time (reset up to an hour or more. It was a Friday night. I saw one other staff member “look concerned” about helping Al, a female. All the rest pretty much quit waiting on customers. I had to go find our server to figure out WHY it was so hot and WHY we couldn’t get anything to eat or drink."
