"Served drinks right away, but then never came by for refills. Food took an hour to be delivered to our table, with no attempt to check in on us while we were waiting. Had to ask for silverware four times of no less than three different waitstaff. We finally got our food and most of it was cold. Two of the sides were missing. When we asked about it, they said they ran out and substituted steamed vegetables for one of the items. Again, no advance communication about the food shortage. We ordered fried chicken that ended up being the size of Cornish game hens, tasted good, but want what we expected for fried chicken. Super slow service, non-attentive staff."
