"FSC serves up very healthy food, especially salads, and you don 't feel that you are giving up flavor just to be healthy, know what I mean? The ingredients in my Classic Grilled Corn salad were fresh and I particularly liked how they worked together, all the different textures, in your mouth as you chewed... something balanced was created by the choice of veggies and how they are cut w regard to size, shape etc.FSC isn 't cheap, per se, as with tax and tip, I still got hosed for $17 and change but you just feel as if you are doing right by your heart and body. The ambience here is positively nothing to write home about and, most annoying, is how long it takes to GET the food you order. There were maybe a half dozen people in the restaurant and all were eating when I got there so it wasn 't busy but I had to have waited 20 minutes before it was delivered to my table a salad!?! To be fair, there were folks and delivery folk picking orders up, but still...Good place to get your salad on!"
