I deducted one star due to the restaurant's presentation. The outside patio has a rather uninviting vibe, and the interior was under construction, making it in need of a complete makeover. The heat from the small outdoor heater was intense and quite uncomfortable! Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a bite, and they are BYOB—only wine and champagne are allowed, which dampened the brunch atmosphere a bit, so be ready to purchase their $2 flutes.
