"wow. only pure terrible service. they didn't even get to order my only meal. I missed half of it. When I came in, I was not greeted and stared. don't greet or ask what I need. I told the cassian my name for my order. no answer. the Shomars staff could not even prepare the condiments for my order without stopping and writing on his phone. a majority of the employees spoke or on the phone. the manager of this place has to clean house. sad. I love to visit a shomars when I'm in charlotte. I'll do the next time."

"Cannot say enough good things about Moby Rick's Seafood. We were visiting from out of state and had pre ordered lobster for a fun evening. Upon arrival we found out that the house we were renting did not have the lobster pot listed in the amenities. When we picked up the lobster we asked to where we could purchase a lobster pot and utensils. Their answer was that it would way too expensive to purchase all that equipment for one lobster dinner and offered to loan us a lobster pot and utensils for the evening also threw in a couple of lemons and peppercorns and instructions on how to steam lobster. The only stipulation was that we return the lobster pot and utensils before 3:00 the next day. Absolute touched by the kindness to total strangers. The lobster was amazing."
