"I wasn't expecting it to take 45 minutes to prepare three sandwiches. We ordered two BLTs and a chicken sandwich for takeout. The staff member assured us that it would be ready in just a few minutes, but we ended up waiting for 45 minutes. When our order finally arrived, the food was cold, and the rolls were stale. The chicken sandwich was made with chopped chicken, which was unexpected, and the chipotle chicken sandwich hardly had any sauce on it. To make matters worse, the BLTs came with horseradish, despite us specifically requesting no horseradish and asking for mayo instead. The meal felt overpriced, and considering we were the only customers in the parking lot, the wait time was unacceptable. I'm really disappointed and likely won't be returning."
