"The location of Skyline Deli in the building might seem like a great marketing strategy, but it only works if they are open during the majority of business hours. If you suddenly realize it’s 2:05 PM and you haven’t eaten yet, don’t expect to find anything worthwhile at the deli, as it’s essentially a food desert at that hour! The salad bar is empty, and the hot food bar has only scraps left. Don’t even bother asking for anything from the fridge; more often than not, they’ll be out of everything you request—no eggs, no black beans, no salad mix... fine, I’ll settle for a cup of cold tuna, I suppose! The food quality leaves much to be desired. If you want further confirmation, just look at the countless other negative reviews. The Phoenix Tower is a lovely space with great new additions and ongoing updates; however, building management should strongly consider replacing the deli with a more modern kitchen or introducing some competition. Skyline Deli seems to have gotten too comfortable serving overpriced, subpar food. As a customer, I shouldn’t feel taken advantage of, yet I often choose to go hungry rather than support the only food option available (Skyline Deli). I’ve held off on writing a review for quite some time, but I was prompted to do so after paying over $5 for a cup of tuna—more than I’d previously paid for half a sandwich. Sometimes, the staff seems to be guessing prices for their poorly advertised menu items. I do appreciate that, upon request, they always give me extra rubbery eggs on my toasted croissant! I might be a bit bitter, but I believe I’m sharing my honest recollections of my experiences. I hope you’ll think twice before embarking on this regrettable culinary adventure."

"If it wasn't for the exceptionally good cup of coffee I would have buried this place with my review, but the coffee is always the most important aspect when reviewing a cafe.Let's start with the ordering experience...Ordering here was everything I hate about modern experiences. The only thing that could have made it worse is if there was a QR code involved. The cafe serves coffee, cocktails, and food. Yet for some reason, the beer and cocktail menu was the only one on display, significantly extending my order time. The person working the register was training, which I didn't hold against them, but the person in front of me didn't start looking at the menu until he reached the register, a reminder that my evaluation of the ordering system was valid. The good news is the barista noticed me waiting and asked to start my drink. Since I hadn't actually seen a menu yet, I quickly glanced at the specials sign and ordered something from there. What about the coffee? The coffee was on point, which as I mentioned earlier, saved this from being an even more harsh review, but it's not everything. It was served at the right temp, had some light artwork in the froth, and was something unique to the location. Now the atmosphere...I sat down to enjoy my coffee only to discover I couldn't log into the Wi-Fi. This place doesn't have an Internet connection landing page, so you better be prepared to ask someone for the passphrase. The location was busy, which isn't a bad thing, but it was noticeably cold. Normally when a coffee house is filled with people and hot drinks brewing it feels cozy and warm. I had to put on a sweatshirt here. I really didn't understand.Anyway, it all averages out to 3 stars."
