"I'm surprised how this place isn't more popular- stumbled into this place when I googled Caribbean food having grown tired of The Islander (another carib restaurant nearby) lunch specials. Came here and ordered the small Jerk Chicken/BBQ chicken half-half with rice and beans. Jerk Chicken being the standard for measurement in my rating, I can say that this is the best Jerk I've had- crisp on the outside, fall-off-the-bone tender on the inside. Mark is also very generous with his helpings and ladles out hugeass portions if you're an eater (pictured food is the 7 dollar lunch), while being really congenial otherwise- a very welcoming place. Definitely going back for more! Update: I have since started preferring the 5 dollar Munch-n-Go option for lunch which is rice and Curry chicken with a free soda. The portions are finally human."
