"After sitting down, we waited over 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink order. Eventually, our assigned waitress, a younger woman, asked her older colleague to handle our table since she was busy with several others – and she did so right in front of us. Given that there were only a handful of guests in the restaurant, we found this surprising and unprofessional.
When the older waitress finally approached our table, her demeanor was unfriendly; there was no greeting or warmth, just a curt "What do you want to drink?" We received our food eventually, but after finishing, we wanted dessert and found that the older waitress never returned to check on us. At that point, the other parties had left, and two new groups arrived. The younger waitress swiftly took their orders, treating them much more kindly.
When we decided to leave, we went to pay, and the younger waitress simply asked what we had ordered and told us the total. There was no inquiry about our experience or how everything was. It was clear from the beginning that she was not interested in serving us.
After handing our table off to her coworker, she mentioned being busy and apologized, but it felt insincere. If you're craving their burgers, I recommend getting takeout instead of dining in until the staff improves their customer service skills."
