"I really like Orlando's...but I will not order another salad from there! We tried ordering a Greek salad last time and they asked us which dressing we wanted...Greek would be my choice, but they informed me they do not have Greek dressing only the salad...smh. Today we tried again...ordered a Ceasar salad, again smh. What we received was a mixed green salad complete with carrots and cucumbers...nothing that resembles a Ceasar salad but in their defense they gave us Ceasar dressing! Sooo no more salads from Orlando's for us! They should only offer plain green salad..."

"Not exactly impressed.... My hubby and I stopped over to try the food here. We had heard it was good. The staff is very friendly and the food wasn't bad, but the night we were there the service was a bit slow and there was a clutch of loud and very annoying women just on the other side of a small wall. Neither of us could enjoy our dinner because of the constant squealing...too much wine over there, I think. I can see where the acoustics could be a bit of a problem though even without the women. We will probably try it again and update the review if it's better."

"Sat down waiter was very nice the 1 star going to the garlic bread and waiter. It’s very hard to mess up garlic bread so obviously it was good. I got the tortellini with Alfredo sauce and someone else at my table got just spaghetti. Spaghetti tasted like really cheap watered down marinara, it just wasn’t good. Then the tortellini with Alfredo it was honestly disgusting the “Alfredo sauce” was just cheese and tortellini in a puddle of grease tortellini filling was not good either. I only ate a couple of bites just because of the amount of grease. Was also hoping for actual sauce but no. Very low quality place the reviews mislead me so much."

"Ciaos has been a favorite of mine for years! It is usually on the quiet side, but our visit this past Saturday night was a little lively! Which was nice since we were celebrating my son and daughter in-law's birthdays! Just so happened that the Sweet Adelines were in town for a convention and some of them happened to be in the restaurant. One group sang Happy Birthday to our table, while another group sang to another table. What fun it was! The food was fabulous, I have never had a bad meal. I recommend The Marco Antonio which is chicken parmesan with eggplant parmesan on top. we had a wonderful waiter and all the staff are very friendly!"

The conveyor ovens they currently use can be inconsistent and often cook too quickly, so asking for it well done ensures it is fully cooked. The lunch express remains a great value, and waiting in line or for a little bit is actually a positive sign; it means you’re more likely to receive a fresh pizza. When it’s prepared properly, it tastes just like you remember, but if it’s undercooked, it ends up tasting more like a mix of ingredients than an actual pizza. "The atmosphere here is very pleasant and relaxing, complemented by a staff that is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The restrooms, dining area, and bar are all clean and well-organized. I enjoyed the filet steak served with green beans and a side of pasta; it was juicy and cooked to perfection (even though I'm not usually a fan of green beans, I ate them all because they were seasoned so well at Rossini's). My husband's seafood pasta was loaded with seafood and topped with a delicious creamy Alfredo sauce that had just the right touch of sweetness and spice. We also tried the fried ravioli with marinara sauce, which were well-seasoned and tasted fantastic."

"I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but the prices have skyrocketed and the portions are only half of what they used to be. I went from dining here 2-3 times a week to just once a month now. I understand they're trying to remain profitable, but these changes are pushing customers away. If they don't address this issue, they could quickly find themselves in a downward spiral."
